Company context

The context behind
a useful next step.

Your team knows which commitments matter, how a customer prefers to work and which shortcuts are unacceptable. An agent needs that operating context too. Harmony connects it to the responsibility, its sources and its owner.

What matters most?

Current goals, their priority and the trade-offs your team has agreed.

What constrains the work?

Capacity, deadlines, systems, budgets and decision rights.

How does this customer work?

Documented preferences, attached to the account and their source.

What must always hold?

Obligations, approved claims, required authorization and processing limits.

Who keeps the brief current?

An accountable owner, an approved version and a review point.

Company operating plan
A constraint to work within

Delivery capacity must be confirmed by the operations owner.

Company → Department → Responsibility

Give the priorities
a practical remit.

Finance needs supported records. Operations needs confirmed capacity. Sales needs to know which commitments the company can actually keep.

Each department’s brief defines priorities, permitted tasks and work that belongs elsewhere. A customer preference can shape a draft, while authorization and contractual requirements still govern the action.

NS-2048 affects the Northwind delivery requirement. Prepare one consolidated update for the account owner; request confirmation from Operations before proposing a new date.

The affected commitment, preference and remaining decision are explicit.
Keep context useful over time

Changes need a source,
a scope and an owner.

A customer correction may suggest an account preference. An investigation may suggest a better process. The responsible owner reviews the change before it becomes an approved instruction.

Context also keeps its processing restrictions. Retrieving a document, retaining work history and training model weights are separate activities with separate terms.
